Hello, I'm Charlotte Corris, owner and groomer at Rags to Riches Pet Salon.

   I opened in September 1998 as a brick and mortar salon and after 23 years and relocating  back to the Jacksonville/St. Augustine area,  I decided to take it on the road as a mobile groomer.

Well, here I am, back in Ct. and so happy to be here and serving you once again, in my mobile salon. 

 After receiving my certification in 1986 (that's 37 years of experience!) from Connecticut K-9 Education Center in Newington Ct.,

 I was hired by a well known Standard Poodle breeder, show handler and award winning groomer with whom I worked side by side for 5 1/2 years.  I then went on to work for and with veterinarians, Dr. David Haviar of Animal Hospital of Rocky Hill, Ct., Dr. Kathy Metzger and Dr. Sandra Yosha both of  Scott Mill Animal Hospital in Jacksonville Fl.

  My goal is to work WITH my clients giving them quality and  consistency in every groom and to create relationships that are more like family. I would like to give you options as well as ideas to try and hopefully, in the end, solve problems and issues that others have previously disregarded.   

I specialize in breed specific trims, mixed breed trims, as well as new and upcoming styles. 

I am a member of the NDGA and I attend yearly seminars and trade shows.

Outside of the grooming studio, I love spending time with my family, friends and my standard poodle Frieda.  I also enjoy the outdoors, being by the ocean, fishing, boating  and gardening.
